These small washers are used to secure knots in strings so that they do not pull through holes. Commonly used in the bottom rail of cellular shades to prevent the string from pulling through the fabric and to hold strings inside of tassels.

The outer diameter is 6.3mm or 1/4". The inner diameter is 2.5mm.
