Our most popular class! This two-hour class will give you the foundation to master sewing.

You will learn the basics of machine sewing, including threading the machine and bobbin, using different stitch settings, and adjusting tensions and stitch lengths.

You will make a quick and easy tote bag to practice your new skills!

Sewing Machines are provided for use in this class.

Required Materials (sold separately):

1 FTC tote bag kit (sold in-store)

OR

2/3 yd of 45" wide Essex, canvas, or other durable cotton for main fabric.          Optional: 1/4 yd of 45" wide coordinating fabric for handles. Please have your fabric cut to size prior to class.
