Noria is the debut title from Sophia Wagner, winner of the Spiel des Jahres Fellowship in 2015. This talented young female designer created a new steampunk universe, and artists Michael Menzel and Klemens Franz brought her vision to life. With the innovative mechanism, "Wheel Building", each player has an Action Wheel consisting of three rings with slots for a number of action discs. Players obtain new discs and manipulate the rings of the wheel to optimize their action selection, while paying off politicians to ensure success!
