This hidden valance clip snaps onto a plastic strip that is attached to the backside of some wood and faux wood valances. Commonly seen on Hunter Douglas blinds.

It was also used before 2007 to hang PVC valances on 2" macro aluminum Venetian blinds by Hunter Douglas.

It is also used on 1" mini blinds. This clip holds two 1" slats to create a valance.

Clear plastic.
