This style of valance clip is used by Norman and Nien Made on 2" wood and faux wood blinds. They fit into a groove that is cut on the backside of the valance. 

Fix My Blinds does not carry the exact same clip, but we have a suitable substitution. 

We carry a valance clip that works as a compatible substitution. While the measurements are not exactly the same, this is the best replacement clip we offer for the unavailable two-part clip by Norman.
