This mini blind tilter was used by Turnils and Next Day Blinds (NDB) in their Valencia 1" aluminum mini blinds. It fits into a decorative headrail that measures approximately 1" in height and 1 1/4" in depth. This tilt mechanism accommodates an 1/8" "D" shaped metal tilt rod. 

This tilt mechanism seems very small for the headrail it is meant for. The front groove of the tilt mechanism snaps onto the headrail with the backside of the tilt mechanism not touching the top of the headail.
